Active case studies: Pan-European prize fulfilment

Examples of delivering prizes into pan-European promotions.
Sony Ericsson
This pan-European promotion was conceived and created in the UK and then sold into each of Sony's European marketing teams.
A key factor in terms of local market participation was the ease of implementation. Participating countries simply fed details of winning consumers back to Active, who fulfilled all bookings and provided full translation and online interpreters as required.
Holidays included: 'Sailing in the Caribbean', 'Swim with the Dolphins in Mexico' and 'Out of Africa Safari'.
Camel
This consumer promotion ran across the two local markets, the Ukraine and Russia. Six winners from each market, along with a guest, were accompanied by the client, Camel, to Rio De Janerio for a 10 day sensory overload!
The theme of the trip was based around the five senses, therefore the group experienced activities that specifically demonstrated the five senses. Activities included: sight - helicopter ride over Sugar Loaf Mountain, taste - cookery lesson in Tijuca Forest, touch - Samba lessons, hearing - football match at Maracana Stadium, and smell - visiting a coffee plantation; amongst many more activities and excursions. The trip culminated with sunset cocktails on the roof of the legendary Copacabana Palace.
Sealed Air
This online pan-European incentive was aimed at all customer-facing employees of Sealed Air. Each division was targeted to increase sales, with each member of the team receiving a weighted number of reward points depending on achievement against target. At the end of the year, points were exchanged for a range of gifts available for delivery into Europe through Active's online prize search and shopping basket facility.
Some of these projects were run in partnership with an agency.
