Active Consultancy was born all the way back in 1992 with a passion to do things differently. From humble beginnings over a dining table and a fax machine, the company has flourished. Delivering online sales incentives and ATOL-protected travel, to prize fulfilment, promotional offers and events, we are experts in recognising and rewarding attainment.

Our Work
Active were privileged to manage this league based channel sales incentive scheme. Repeat business and brand loyalty were rewarded through qualification for VIP sports event hospitality.
Distributors were given the chance to win a place on a VIP trip to Ibiza. Active deftly organised all elements of the trip, from choosing the destination and winner management, through to organising a private beach party, dinners at top restaurants and a sailing day.
This long-running channel incentive rewarded distributors for sales of changing quarterly promotional products. Attention to detail and strong communication underpinned the successful management of this online scheme.
This successful sales incentive targeted the GovNet Communications sales force. Outcomes focused on improving retained client business, staff retention and an increased commitment to achieving sales targets month on month.
This is moving us into the 21st century in terms of incentives and rewards. It gives people freedom, choice and control. In short I love it!
