Active Consultancy was born all the way back in 1992 with a passion to do things differently. From humble beginnings over a dining table and a fax machine, the company has flourished. Delivering online sales incentives and ATOL-protected travel, to prize fulfilment, promotional offers and events, we are experts in recognising and rewarding attainment.


Small and agile enough to be flexible, and large enough to possess a host of industry partnerships, our extensive experience means we have the knowledge and skills to deliver in spades. Our Work
This exciting tactical staff sales incentive scheme was aimed at call centre employees. With manufacturers and targets changing on a monthly or quarterly basis, we communicated targets and performance against results via an online platform.
Sainsburys Active Kids
With a partnership lasting for over 7 years, Active were responsible for the sourcing and booking of dance, fitness and martial arts instructors for thousands of schools and clubs across the UK.
This enormously successful employee incentive ran for 6 months in over 2,400 stores encouraging staff to upsell Pepsi beverages in store. Active created and managed the website and underlying database which allowed qualifying staff to claim their reward.
Our long running partnership with Venn Group involved a dynamic reward and recognition scheme. Recruitment consultants were awarded points on a online platform for redemption against a range of fabulous prizes.
