This evolving and far-reaching online incentive spanned over a decade, with employees being rewarded for a range of different milestones and key performance indicators. Employees and managers were allocated annual budgets to spend as they wished, with staff being awarded points into their scheme account. These points could be spent on selected items from Active’s extensive portfolio, including gifts and experiences such as luxury watches, golf clubs and cinema trips. Active built and managed all aspects of the website, in addition to fulfilling any rewards claimed and providing a support line for queries.
