In order to ensure a stable service for our clients and customers in the coming weeks, we are currently working with a reduced team. We are continuing to provide a full account management, fulfilment and technical support service and remain contactable by telephone and email. However, we may take slightly longer than usual to respond to and resolve any queries and we appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
In accordance with the latest government advice, our office will remain closed until further notice. Our employees are working remotely and are contactable by telephone and email. We are continuing to monitor and respond to our hotlines and helpdesks.
One of our employees has been taken ill and has gone into self-isolation. They have not been confirmed as having COVID-19 and we currently have no other illness reported within the team. However, we have made the decision to close our office as of today, until further notice. All our employees are now working from home and will continue to provide account management, technical support and customer service.
As a result of the global pandemic COVID-19, we are constantly reviewing our operational procedures in line with the latest government guidelines. Our first priority is to ensure employee safety and well-being whilst at the same time ensuring we offer our valued clients the best possible service.
We currently continue to have employees in our office although this policy is being reviewed on a daily basis and we have no reported cases of COVID-19 amongst the team. Should this change we are already fully equipped for employees to be able to work from home, and continue to provide account management, technical support and customer service.
We will maintain full service to our scheme participants and prize winners subject to the changing limitations of our supplier chain. We are managing situations where changes or cancellations are necessary for reasons outside of our control and are keeping all parties informed accordingly.
Following recent developments, we have currently suspended all new bookings for UK experiences and overseas travel until such a time as it is safe to resume bookings. For existing bookings we are liaising with all parties to ensure the best outcome for our customers including rescheduling where possible.
Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to minimise the impact and ensure continued levels of service. In the meantime, we want to thank you for your continued support and understanding in this challenging time. We wish you and your colleagues well and hope you all stay safe.
