Sales Incentives


Active were privileged to manage this league based channel sales incentive scheme. Repeat business and brand loyalty were rewarded through qualification for VIP sports event hospitality.


This reseller incentive offered an integrated annual incentive based around quarterly performance. A key objective, alongside increasing sales, was to provide an opportunity for senior sales managers from Sophos to meet with the top performing individuals within their channel. Active provided a website for the incentive, through which sales were tracked and reported on a weekly basis with results feeding through to a number of regional league tables. Every quarter, the top performers in each league table won a place on the event for that quarter. The Active managed quarterly events were each attended by 30 winners along with a number of Sophos hosts. The events included an exciting mix of VIP days such as Jonathan Palmer motor sports day, Lady Gaga concert with backstage pass, and hospitality at the England v All Blacks rugby match.
