Chicago Town Pizza
This on-pack consumer promotion ran on promotional packs of Chicago Town Pizza. The packs carried a URN which consumers simply entered online to see if they had won cash prizes or free Chicago Town Pizzas to the value of £2.5 million. Each pack offered a free music download and allowed consumers to enter a prize draw to win X Factor tickets for live shows, live tour and VIP sound checks. Active were responsible for looking after the X Factor prizes organising the winners’ hotels, and transfers and liaising with the production studios regarding studio check-in times and VIP entry into the green room.
This hugely popular promotion saw consumers enter multiple competitions for the chance to win tickets to the live X Factor Final at Wembley Arena. Active developed a microsite to manage winner acceptance and send out communications to build excitment for the show, as well as providing on-site support and manning a contact line for queries. In addition we managed the Just Eat VIP tickets and represented the brand at the venue.
